Situated within the UNESCO World Heritage site, the Pearling Path is a collection of architectural marvels nestled in Muharraq, delving into the rich history of trade within the Kingdom.
Aspiring participants are encouraged to meticulously deliberate over form, function, location, and ecological viability. Moreover, entrants are expected to pinpoint a specific placement for their envisioned bench creation.
In a statement released on the BACA website, Studio 244 proclaimed, “With a focus on nurturing designers, architects, and artists, our objective is to stimulate individuals to present their creativity and visions, thereby proposing innovative designs for a communal seating arrangement.”
