Opening Carnival Parade On Saturday, February 17th, the Carnival village on the Promenade du Paillon opened at 11 am, followed by the inaugural parade at 2:30 pm. Floats featuring the King, Queen, Carnivalon, and other highly anticipated displays paraded through the streets in a lively and colorful spectacle, paying homage to pop culture.
