Bahrain Oil and Environment Ministry Engages in the Sixth Russian Energy Week Forum
The Ministry of Oil and Environment was actively engaged in the sixth edition of the Russian Energy Week, with Faihan Mohammed Al Faihani, Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil, and Ahmed Abdulrahman Al Saati, Bahrain’s Ambassador to Moscow, taking part in the event held in Moscow, Russia.
The central theme for this year’s forum was “The New Reality of Global Energy: Building the Future.” The forum comprised a diverse range of activities, including workshops, lectures, and dialogues.
Distinguished figures from Russia, foreign nations, and Arab countries, along with leaders from international energy companies and organizations, as well as experts representing various Russian and global enterprises, were all in attendance at the forum.
Key discussions revolved around topics related to sustainable development, advancements in the fuel and energy sector, and the digital transformation within the oil industry. The forum also delved into pressing challenges confronting the energy sector, including developmental issues and prospects for global energy development programs.
Energy transition, climate protection, digital transformation of the energy sector, workforce training, and the worldwide energy crisis were among the critical issues addressed during the forum.
