The fifth edition of the Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo culminated on November 29 with a dazzling gala dinner at the Salle des Etoiles, celebrating Monaco’s world-class culinary scene. Over 250 guests, including H.S.H. Prince Albert II and members of the princely family, enjoyed an evening dedicated entirely to Michelin-starred excellence.
This year’s festival highlighted ten Michelin stars across the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer group, including legendary chefs Alain Ducasse, Emmanuel Pilon, Yannick Alléno, Marcel Ravin, Domenico d’Antonio, Dominique Lory, and the celebrated pastry chef Cédric Grolet. Together, they orchestrated an unforgettable evening of gastronomy and artistry.

Additional highlights included dinners at L’Abysse Monte-Carlo with Hirotaka Wada and Elsa with Florent Pietravalle, marking this edition with three new Michelin stars.
A Ten-Star Gala Experience

Guests at the gala were treated to a seven-course menu, including:

The dishes were finalized live on stage by the chefs, assisted by their brigades, creating a seamless performance of culinary artistry. Guests also enjoyed performances by the International School of Monaco choir, dancer Desislava Kancheva, and dance duo Marc Emmanuel Zanoli & Claire Teyssière, before dancing to Divas on the Floor.
Stéphane Valeri, CEO of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, reflected: “From seven stars in 2021 to ten today, the Festival des Etoilés continues to celebrate our passion for gastronomy, collaboration, and excellence. This event reinforces Monte-Carlo as the most Michelin-starred resort in the world.”
