Society News Kingdom of Bahrain: Interior Ministry Recognizes Contributors to Virtual Forum on AI and Cloud Computing
Brigadier Fawaz Hasan Al Hasan, Commander of the Royal Academy of Police, graced the ceremony that acknowledged the contributors to the second virtual forum on artificial intelligence and cloud computing for Arab youth. The event took place at the Public Security Officers Club.
Brigadier Adel Amin, Assistant Undersecretary for Human Resources, underscored that the forum’s second edition was held in accordance with the directives of Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa. These instructions aimed to harness the energy of the youth within programs and initiatives that foster the expansion of electronic transformation applications.
In a statement marking this occasion, Commander Brigadier Fawaz Hasan Al Hasan of the Royal Academy of Police emphasized the continuous guidance of Chief of Public Security Lt-General Tariq bin Hasan Al Hasan.
The Assistant Undersecretary for Human Resources extended gratitude and recognition to all participants, lecturers, supporting entities, and companies involved in the forum. He commended the valuable content presented in lectures and workshops that delved into the fundamentals of cloud computing and artificial intelligence. The sessions covered topics such as cloud solutions, data analysis, and cybersecurity.
Both the Royal Academy of Police Commander and the Assistant Undersecretary for Human Resources honored the lecturers, participants, and entities contributing to the forum, extending their well-wishes for success.
Organized by the Human Resources division of the Ministry of Interior in collaboration with the Arab Organization for Administrative Development in the Arab League, the forum enjoyed the participation of key technology leaders, including IEEE and AWS. Additionally, the National Space Science Authority of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Kearney for training program design, Kingdom University, and the Bahrain Institute for Banking and Financial Studies were pivotal contributors to the event.
